  2. You know, if I did not absolutely *know* that Phrags are orchids – I’d swear that was a pitcher plant (Nepenthes).

    I believe you and all – but it just has the visual look of a Nepenthes.

  3. Probably a certain amount of convergent evo happening – both plants want insects to drop into the bucket – neps for food, phrags for pollination as the insect climbs out…
