I knew I&#8217;d eaten one somewhere, but couldn&#8217;t remember where. Heading into Roswell proper a couple days ago It hit me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Burrito Express!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/doncoyote\/52517721800\/in\/datetaken-public\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52517721800_65718029c5.jpg\" alt=\"Burrito Express!\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Place: Burrito Express, Roswell NM<\/p>\n<p>Variety: burrrrrito (con frijoles)!<\/p>\n<p>An ideal lunch on the go. The pepper was hot enough to make its presence known but didn&#8217;t overwhelm the cheese or beans. If these were available back home I&#8217;d be in trouble; as it is, I&#8217;m going back for more next week. Side (dish) note &#8211; I ordered fries to eat on the drive back to camp and they were great.
