You know – that they were able to locate a file containing the song (not even identified anywhere) that quickly is amazing.
Kind of like the technology in iPhones that lets you hold the phone up to a source of music and it will tell you in short order who/what/where the song is.
I figured it has to be much the same matching tech as in the iPhone app – it is amazing and small simultaneously. The BIG unanswered question – are all those rickroll videos properly licensed or is YouTube somehow at the heart of the rickrolling meme??!?
